I totally feel ya. You know the saying, "keep things simple", I could never quite grasp that concept. I think you must have a similiar personality to mine, where you over-analyze things and let your thoughts get carried away. I also think you have an unbelievabley strong spirit too, and this must be one of Satan's tools to pull you down and discourage you. Stay strong sister! Keep focused on what really matters- I just read this scripture today, and it really helped me, go check it out-
Ether 12:27. love ya!

It's funny that you wrote this, just last night I was having a hard time with the same thing. I don't really have any answers. I heard one time that you do all you can do and when you can not do anymore you ask him to pull you the rest of the way. Easier said than done I think. I think we know when to trust are thoughts we sometimes just do not want to and we know when are thoughts are wrong but the keep coming to us, that is the real challenge
trying to control out thoughts, at least for me. This probably does not help but I am thinking about you and I do understand what you mean!

I like reading your blog Audrey. And don't feel like you are alone. Everyone struggles with that. Sometimes it is so hard to know if the thoughts you are having are from the Spirit, or if they are your own because you want them so bad. I like a scripture in Alma 32. It talks about how you can know if things are real, and it talks about light and how it is discernable. It is hard though. I'll pray for you that you'll be guided. I know we don't see each other much, but I really do like being able to read your blog. I think you are an amazing person, and I hope you think the same thing.
PS. I saw your studio stems website in Utah Valley Magazine! You Rock!
